In this hands-on workshop you will create a Silverpoint drawing that will develop warm brown tones as it ages. Professional artist and conservationist Alan Li, will guide you with techniques and history that make this a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
What to expect
You will receive all materials required to participate, including: Silverpoint stylus, a prepared 5x7 board and guided instruction with fascinating historical insight!
About your instructor
Artist and conservationist Alan Li uses pencils and paint to document the wonders of the natural world. Alan’s mission is to build connections to nature through art based education. Since 2015, he has been partnering with non-profit environmental organizations to teach nature focused art programs.
How to get here
We are at College and Spadina. The 506 and 510 streetcar are the closest options. At College, just head South on Spadina. You will find us on the West side at 448 Spadina Avenue.
Limited street parking is available.
