At Gwartzman's Art Supplies, we want you to be inspired by your tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your art supplies are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit our Toronto retail location to start the return process and receive a return authorization.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
